We mistakenly believe that the best food for breakfast is cereal. This food is easy to prepare. It tastes good and you can afford it on a low budget. We give this food to our kids without realizing how many health issues cereals may cause. Cereals are full of sugar and simple carbs. They contain artificial ingredients, flavors and various chemicals that make this product delicious. Have cottage cheese, yogurt or fruit smoothie instead!
