Hydrate yourself and teach your family to stay hydrated. Drinking lots of plain water is very important. Remember that tea and coffee dehydrate your body cells so you cannot drink coffee instead of water! Soft drinks and alcohol do not count either! Watery fruits and vegetables are great, too. Eat them as often as you wish.
